The apartment is located 5 min from the city center, 5 min from Kongsberg ski center, 2 min from volleyball court, football pitch, athletics track and immediate proximity to great hiking experiences at Lågen and Gruveåsen. It has 2 bedrooms, one room has the possibility for an extra bed. Well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Parking right by the apartment.

The house is only 15 min walk from USN and FTO. 5 minute drive up to Kongsberg Skisenter. Very nice view of the ski centre. Leaves: Painted panel on walls and ceilings Floors: Telemark design laminate, tiles on bathrooms, laundry rooms and entrances. Step sound plates in all floors, including basements. Kitchen: Norema kitchen with Miele appliances. (fridge and freezer are AEG) heating: Energy well with floor heating in 100% of the dwelling, very warm and warm house. Constant heat at 24-25 degrees.
