We offer a unique apartment (50 sq meters), located on the main street of pre-war Gdynia, in a modernist tenement house. The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator), with windows on both sides overlooking important points of the city. Spacious living room with equipped kitchen, two small bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning. The architect Adam Marquardt, who hosts the "Szybki dom" program on HGTV, is responsible for the concept and interior design of the apartment.
