Our nice house is in the beech forest. Skåneleden is outside and there are bike paths and hiking trails within walking distance. The house has a small kitchen with dining area in an open floor plan with a ceiling height of 5 m. Toilet, shower and sauna are available, as well as a double room and a single room downstairs. Outside, there is a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a furnished outdoor room. Upstairs, there is a living room with a sleeping alcove. Sheets can be rented for SEK 100/person. We live in a house next door, and we have a dog and Icelandic horses.

The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

There are three bedrooms and can be made up in the alcove in the living room, and on the sofa in the living room. The wilderness bath is free to use and there is a fire pit, trampoline, slide, outdoor shower with hot water and much more. Welcome. You must bring your own bed linen + towels.

Brännans Gård offers luxury on a rustic level, with the highest standard of interior design as well as proximity to nature on this fantastically located farm. Bikes are available to borrow for both adults and children so you can get around Viken and Lerberget. Also plenty of parking.

Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
