Local idyllic - beautiful bright home with a greenhouse! The home is part of a semi-detached house of about 48 m2, with its own entrance, greenhouse and garden. It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

Charming annex close to beach and forest

The annex is located at the back of our garden with a private entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 meters from fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream houses and restaurants. Near Louisiana (2km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Brought hotplates not allowed. Children under 10 years old not allowed.

Enjoy your holiday in our charming architect-designed house, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and forests including Hellebæk Kohave. The house consists of a living room and a first floor with room for a total of 6 people. In addition, the house has a newly built annex with sleeping places for 2 more people. From both the house and the garden, guests can enjoy views of Kattegat and Sweden. The garden is located so that there are no glimpses from neighbors, and there are also dog fences. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in our cozy cottage just 400 meters from Dronningmølle beach, which is a wonderful long, family-friendly beach. On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

Charming apartment with a view

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful & centrally located home. Close to the beach and the center of Helsingør. 1st floor apartment for a couple or small family. Enjoy a meal on the balcony overlooking the Sound and the island of Hven. Prepare the food in the small but well-equipped kitchen. Finally, use the large, beautiful garden with access to, among other things, a play area & grill. newly renovated summer with charm and soul. The house is within walking distance to the forest and beach. (400 -700 meters) Unturned large garden with trampoline, swings, fire pit and slide.. lots of room for all ages. The house is consistently renovated in 2024 and tastefully decorated. Summer house by Danish architect Søren Cock-Clausen. Gently restored. Furnished with the best of Danish design from the period. The garden is huge, private and with a great view of the fields. Sun at all times of the day. Swings and a sandbox for the kids. Two annexes; an charming wooden house with outdoor bath, small kitchen and dining area, and a small cabin. Our house is perfect for families who appreciate design, nature and privacy. The place has room for 10, but is also great for 4.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Enjoy this older charming family cottage that exudes charm and memories. Enjoy the many opportunities to be out. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Directly overlooking Hornbæk's scenic areas - at Tegners Museum. The house contains a new kitchen, living room with TV, 3 bedrooms all with double beds (1 x 160 cm and 2 x 140 cm), new bathroom and beautiful south-facing terrace.
