The annex is located in the very center of Hornbæk city, so you have everything just around the corner. The small local train that runs between Helsingør and Gilleleje can be heard from the annex. The annex sits at the back of our garden, with a private entrance and terrace with outdoor furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. The annex is 100 m from one of North Zealand's best beaches and Espergærde harbour, where you almost experience the southern atmosphere with cozy cafes and ice houses. 100 m to the other side is the forest. We have a friendly little dog that also uses the garden from time to time.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Enjoy this older charming family cottage that exudes charm and memories. Enjoy the many opportunities to be out. Both in the courtyard, under the covered terrace or in the shelter cozy the area that just calls for a cozy hour and a nap. There are three bedrooms, one of which is located in a newly built annex, an older kitchen, a lovely bright living room (with a sofa bed) as well as a bathroom. We also use the summerhouse ourselves, so it is prevalent.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nearby biking and hiking trails or kayaking at the lake. 40 mins drive to Copenhagen.
