Beautiful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. Het 6-persoons vakantiehuis ‘De Grutto’ ligt in Gaasterland in het Zuid-Westen van Friesland aan de route van de Elfstedentocht, zo’n anderhalf uur rijden vanaf de Randstad. De Grutto is een vrijstaand huis op ruim 700m2 grond in een kleinschalig park aan de rand van het dorp Hemelum en heeft een eigen ligplaats voor je boot. Er is een schuur voor de fietsen. Max. 2 huisdieren zijn welkom. Er is een laadstation voor elektrische auto’s en een snelle glasvezelaansluiting.

The apartment is located in a very idyllic, quiet place in the beautiful Frisian landscape near the IJsselmeer. Originally, the loft was a cooking studio, where delicious dishes were cooked. The loft is spacious and has been completely converted since June 2020. It offers a lot of privacy, tranquility, a private terrace (with rural views) and free parking. In the beautiful surroundings, close to Hindeloopen and Stavoren, you can enjoy hiking, biking and boating.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is situated in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are within walking distance. One of the most beautiful town squares in Friesland, "De Merk," is just a stone's throw away. There is a lot of parking space around the cottage. Even trucks are no problem.

Villa Scorpio is a 6-12-person holiday home at Villapark Mooi Gaasterland, suitable for small groups and families. The warm villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped, a spacious living room with large sitting and dining area to eat and an extra reading and playroom.
