The cottage is modernly furnished and is equipped with luxury box spring beds, rain shower and excellent WiFi The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking or boating. We have canoes and bicycles for rent. The cottage is located on a small-scale recreational site with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

The Landscape

The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day, you can order a luxurious DIY breakfast for €17.50 (2 people).

Stadslogement Anna in the center of Leeuwarden. This apartment is new, clean and cozy. Fully furnished, full kitchen, etc. The museums, shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful park (the Prinsentuin) are within 5 minutes' walking distance. If you want to discover Leeuwarden or cities around it, you have come to the right place! The Eewal is a car-free area, but the parking garage "Hoeksterend" is within 400 meters walking distance. Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Smederij Sterk Accommodation

Lodging "Smederij Sterk" is located in the old city forge of J. Sterk. The monumental building dates from 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The accommodation has its own entrance, a living room with its own kitchen, a bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The lodging overlooks and borders a beautiful square where you can also sit outside.

Tinyhouse Stilte aan het Water Geniet van rust en natuur in ons sfeervolle tinyhouse aan het water in Stiens. Met eigen ingang, airco, privacy en uitzicht over het water. Perfect om te suppen, vissen of zwemmen. Extra’s: ontbijt, huur van sups en e-bikes. Nabij Leeuwarden en Holwerd (veerboot Ameland). Fiets- en wandelroutes starten bij de achtertuin. In het weekend serveren wij (tegen betaling) een ontbijt, door de week alleen in overleg.
