The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve the Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. There are many cycling routes around this area, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the arkenpark

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).
