This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

Nestled on the westside of Indy, you are 15 minutes from Indpls Motor Speedway & 20 min from downtown. Kitchenette is small but efficient. Queen size bed ensures restful nights. There's a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and plenty of storage. It's also equipped with AC and heat with adjustable settings. Water & electricity powers everything. A full bathroom provides convenience. There's an outdoor grilling station. Positioned on the right side of the neighboring house, which is about 50 ft away.
