Monthly Rentals in Henlopen Acres

Maria’s condo is great. Plenty spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms have lots of space and storage. The beds are comfortable as are the sheets. There are lots of restaurants around and of course the outlets are next door and across the street. Downtown Rehobeth Beach is a little over 1.5 miles away so either a quick drive or an easy walk. We were in town for the Dogfish Dash race and all things Dogfish Head so we mainly stuck to the brewery in Milton and their restaurants in Rehobeth Beach. We look forward to coming back with both families and if Maria’s place is available we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Jane's home. The home was cozy and comfortable. The location was excellent. Very private and quiet, but also easy enough to walk to the beach or to town to shop, eat or grab coffee or dinner, etc. We can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy. We even took up a new hobby (doing puzzles) while we stayed in from the cold, and now it's a pastime we'll cherish. There were several good restaurants to visit in the area. Jacqueline was very responsive whenever we had questions and communicated well. We're really grateful for the memories we made here!

Great location close to the beach and in walkable distance to many spots. Also a convenient spot for driving to other spots to explore. As stated in the listing, the space is on the bottom floor so for privacy the window shades stayed down. Everything in the place is meticulously labeled with instructions that were easy to follow. Ben gave us a quick call on our day of check in to offer support and suggestions if needed and he communicated well during our stay.
