We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within easy walking distance. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living/dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the centre of the seaside resort of Bansin in 2018. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) as well as an open living/dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

This homely studio apartment on the ground floor with a combined living and sleeping area extends to 49 square metres for up to 2 people. The bay window in the living area has been cleverly integrated and now offers space to relax and unwind. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and the fully equipped kitchen makes the heart of every keen cook beat a little faster. This studio with a queen size bed measures 160x200 cm.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the imperial era. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly furnished. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space.

In the attic, 2 people will find a temporary home here. At 49 sqm, it has a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea with a separate bedroom and a combined living/kitchen area. The cozy living area with couch shares the tasteful space with a custom-made and fully equipped kitchen. In the luxurious bathroom you will enjoy the comfort of a spacious walk-in shower. The double bed has a size of 180 x 200 cm.
