Jamie has a wonderful Airbnb. I loved the private parking spot associated with Airbnb. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room couch and la-z-boy. (Pictures need to be updated because the couch shown isn’t current). Jamie is a very responsive host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing detailed instructions and answering all my questions promptly. The property itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore.

My family and I love staying at this place when we visit Little Falls. Great location and clean unit. We will be back again.

I stayed in Apt 7 for about a month for work purposes, and it was wonderful. The space is nice and open, up-to-date, and had the perfect amenities for my needs. There’s a nice glass shower/bath combo, a walk-in closet, and two smart tvs. I also enjoyed the attached mud room that allowed me to keep my dirty clothes and shoes outside of the apartment. Lots of convenient parking too! Occasionally I’d hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and opening/closing doors, but that’s to be expected in a historical mill building, so it didn’t bother me. The cherry on top was the super inexpensive washer and dryer that you can access conveniently by using your 2nd key to get into the front of the building. Just be sure to bring your own quarters because the change machine was not working while I was there.

Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay. We were in town to run in the Peak2Brew two day relay from Gore Mountain to Utica and this spot was a great place to make our home base the night before the race and the night in between . Very clean, spacious and comfortable for us all to get as much rest as possible so we could run as hard as possible. Conveniently located right beside a grocery store. Would love to come back to the area to explore when not running and would book this place again without any hesitation. Definitely one of, if not the, best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

It was a great set up for us. Very close to a small Adirondack town(Inlet), we ordered pizza and got ice cream about a mile from the home. As well, we stopped at the small grocery store and got some items. My son is obsessed with fishing, and there are plenty of spots very close by. The house was clean, and the Donna had it well stocked. The house is very comfortable and well suited for our weekend get-away. I would stay again.

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

Great place on the water! Stayed here with a large family for the winter holidays and really enjoyed the snow and frozen lake! House has plenty of room to spread out and lots of thoughtful activities for kids and adults! The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware as well. We had a problem with the heat in one room and Frances responded immediately and sent someone to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great home for our family trip. Manager was very responsive and the house was extremely clean. All the amenities you could imagine and then some provided by host. Cannot wait to come back.

Our stay near Otto Lake was just what we were looking for: a family get away to celebrate the holiday. While the weather kept us from our outdoor plans, we were grateful for the spacious and comfortable interior to share a massive meal and enjoy each other’s company.

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

Melanie is a wonderful host. She was responsive and made sure we had correct directions as this is a secluded home. She stopped by with a welcoming gift and was genuinely friendly. The home has been recently renovated and was quite honestly nicer than I expected knowing the area. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.
