Location, location, location! When visiting Florida a central location is vital to being able to see all that Florida has to offer. Our newly built home in 2025 is located on a quiet street in Citrus Springs and makes an excellent home base. Our home is minutes from Rainbow Springs and Three Sisters Springs for a swim with the manatees. A daytrip to the beach is just minutes from our home and a trip to Disney is just a car ride away. Many excellent dining options are all located nearby as well!

Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 6 guests, fully equipped kitchen and much more! The private pool area has a large covered area, with a table for 6. The pool can be heated upon request (extra charge).

This unique quarry side house has a spectacular view of a unique part of Florida. This 2/2 fits 8 people comfortably along with a large yard front and back for outdoor activities. The king master suite has an en suite bathroom along with a queen fold out couch. The kids room has two twin beds. The living room has a queen fold out couch bed. Every room features a TV. Will accept parties, this property has plenty of room for gatherings. The back porch area features tons of seating and tables.

We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.

Privately gated 1950s fishing cottages on beautiful Lake Hernando We have 5 cottages on the same property all of which share the lake area, fire pit, lounge chairs, hanging chairs and our boat dock. We have two dogs on the property; Moose a Doberman and Milo a Frenchie. Both are very friendly with all dogs/guest if you see them
