I recommend the apartment because it is very clean, bright and cozy. The internet connection allows you to make video calls. What I particularly loved was the super comfortable bed (fluffy and flexible) as well as the natural environment and traditional architecture. There was no noise.

Had a pleasant stay at Beatrice's apartment. The apartment is more spacious than it appears on photos. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Close to the train station, which (as always) is not the most desirable place, but we had a great stay. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in Huy.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Sergio was a great host, always responded quickly and provided a flexible check-in opportunity. Very convenient free parking on the street for those coming with the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely return in the future if I'm in the area!

Nice place to stay. Neat space, underfloor heating is top. Everything was neatly clean and tidy. Nice layout of the apartment. Quiet area. Good place to discover the Eifel, Aachen and Maastricht close by! Julia does not meet, but everything is well arranged with a key locker.

Perfect for a family or group of friends. Had board games and some children's toys. kitchen was well equipped and location was walkable to everything. quiet location. we loved our time in aachen!

Very nice and spacious apartment. All the comforts and complete. We were welcomed by a pack of cookies, a bottle of wine and a card, this was very thoughtful. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. The beds were comfortable with a choice of hard/soft pillow and the rooms were pleasant. One of the rooms was on a busy road, but you weren't bothered by the busy road. There was still an apartment upstairs and this was a bit noisy, but still overlooked. It is less than a 10-minute drive from Maastricht. A perfect base for a weekend getaway, but could have stayed there longer than a weekend. We had a great time!

normally I assume from the reviews when renting a cottage which was generally positive one after all. stood 1 bad but recognized nothing at all.. sweet people if you need a house close to the center of Liège do not hesitate and rent the cottage of Fanny the apartment is👌 sparkling clean bathrooms are picobello, kitchen looks like new and in the busy area just a private parking space!! What else do you want? some say that it is tight in the garage but I just came to -1 in the garage with a reasonably large car! Fanny & Manon see you seeing my many visits again and again in front of me and my family soon! Thanks for the flexible arrival due to the self check in midnight at 1 o'clock! see you soon!

Great apartment, the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet stay. Philippe was very friendly and took time to show us the house in detail. Everything was clean and the hot tub was a lovely extra. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed at this great place with friends over New Year's Eve. A house with lots of charm that is well furnished and equipped. Perfect for long game nights or cooking together. The accommodation is great, bakers, supermarkets and the like are nearby and the city center can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The contact with the hostess was also flawless and hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with shower upstairs and downstairs a very small toilet without a wax basin. With agreements, however, this also fits for 7 people. Only one power outlet in the upper bathroom would be desirable. Otherwise, everything was great!We had a really great time in Maastricht! Thank you so much ☺️

We chose this cottage for its strategic location, close to Brussels, Namur and Liège. The house is very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Perfect. Pierre and Dominique, family stay for the end of the year.

We (2 friends) stayed there with our 2 daughters (under 3 years). The beds were ready for them, which we had asked for in advance. Super friendly lady! Responded very quickly to messages and questions. Very beautiful surroundings! BEAUTIFUL courtyard where we could sit quietly in the evening. Very nice view of a mountain. In the cottage itself you hear a lot because it is already an older cottage, but we did not mind it. Nice area and village with a number of restaurants and terraces. Tip: a 15-minute drive away you have the Mondo Verde park in Landgraaf

Philippe is a very hospitable host. If you have any questions or problems, he is always available and fixes it as quickly as possible and responds to needs. The place was one of the cleanest places we've entered so far. The house is a little more rustic and you can tell the age of the house. This did not bother us in any way as all the features described were available. Philippe is committed to the development and improvement of the house. Highlighted were new upholstered furniture, new mattresses and a very nice bathroom. The house has a very good location to do a lot (e.g. Durbuy, Barvaux, Fond-des-Vaux in Marche-en-Famenne). The only negative point is the very noisy main road, where some road users rush by at an excessive speed. We will come back and look forward to how Philippe will develop the house until then. Thank you for the wonderful time and the great hospitality!

We had a very nice stay, definitely recommended. The apartment is nice, clean, spacious and practical. The location is a good base for visiting the area such as Maastricht, Hasselt, Liège. We walked with the Alpaca very nice and at the same time informative about the place and the village.

Stayed at this Airbnb for a 2 week period and it was wonderful. It is in walking distance to the main centers with restaurants, as well as several grocery stores. It was very clean and we appreciated having a cleaner come half way through our stay to exchange our linen. Would 100% book again if we ever return to Maastricht!

We had a great time in Belgium with friends! The place was perfectly as advertised, clean, cozy and very well located for exploring the surroundings. We loved it. The flat itself is absolutely tip top and the personal welcome from Georg who is a very nice and easy person helped us feel welcome after a very long road trip. We were very keen to see Aachen on our road trip but needed to secure our car full of valuable luggage. Not only was Georg willing to let us park beyond our checkout time on the secure parking place behind a locked gate, he even offered for us to leave our belongings inside for longer too. Aachen was astonishingly beautiful and historically important and made it well worth the effort of our road trip there.

I 100% recommend choosing this place for your stay at Bilzen. Aside from the greatly convenient location that is located near a train station and free parking is usually available, the place itself was beautifully taken care of, visibly recently renovated, and perfectly clean. A lot of amenities and devices are provided for the guests. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We would definitely choose this again!

Marita has a beautiful cottage in which we were allowed to stay for a weekend. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very nice beds. Furthermore, the cottage was equipped with all the comforts. We had a lovely weekend! Highly recommended!
