There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

There are three bedrooms with a double bed or a large bed. There is also a sofa bed in the attic. You can cook your favourite meals in the modern fitted kitchen. In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.
