Very nice stay, we will be coming back:) Just 2 notes: Maintenance of air conditioners cleaning filters and indoor units due to signs of mold. Change the fridge which is too small, it works but the fridge was without door and generates ice which makes the fridge space still minimal.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, well-furnished, and in a great location. The host was welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

It's not possible in the language of this world to say compliments about the place and the owner. They are so kind and wonderful. I was always in the customer's shoes and helped them feel comfortable.The place was very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also good. As a foreigner, I introduced and participated in their culture. They took a boat with them, went to the sea, and invited lunch. They took care of their alone customers like family. I was comfortable and happy as if I went to a relative's house for 3 days and 2 nights. I didn't meet a friend there, I met my family. I will never forget it. I will definitely be going back next time.

Mahdia is an amazing city with beautiful old town and great water. The apartment is literally across the street from the beach and waking up to beautiful views of the sea is a treasure. All rooms have a sea view, which is great. The living room is very big and comfortable and despite there is no balcony - when you open a massive windows you do feel like being outside anyway. There is plenty of lovely restuatants and little shops near the flat but be mindfull they mostly take only cash payments. Wifi works great and the owner is very responsive and helpful.

Alouane's house is a beautiful traditional house, perfect for breathing in the typical Tunisian atmosphere: around a central patio, where you can relax, the living room and the large rooms, each with bathroom. Very close to the beautiful sea of Madhia, it was the perfect location for our large family.

Staying at dar Rim was an unforgettable experience! The house perfectly blends modern comfort and luxury with traditional decor, offering a unique and authentic ambiance. The sea view is simply breathtaking—it feels like being on a boat, with the waves and horizon always in sight. The location is equally amazing, situated in the heart of the old city, just steps away from historic sites and charming, authentic cafes. It’s the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of the area. Inès is an excellent host—easy to reach, very responsive, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

There is a soft and pleasant atmosphere in this accommodation, the garden is wooded and intimate, the tangle of rooms and the modern old mix gives it a certain charm… the pool is a real plus… A little more of outside finish and a renewal of some interior utensils would be a plus needed… Our host was responsive to intervene and repair any malfunctions. The beach is 7-10 mins walking… A pleasant, comfortable stay and good value for money, I recommend this listing by encouraging Mounir to do even more to renew what needs to be changed…

Wonderful, spacious and clean place. The location is ideal for families, quiet area and close to all amenities, beach, city center..etc. What we appreciated the most was the kindness of Mr Ali the caretaker who is an extremely welcoming, warm,kind and caring person. Many thanks to him . We'll be back for sure!!

Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.
