Comfortable bonus room is above our garage and you can come and go with your own entrance. Train/Bus station 2 blocks away. We are in Downtown Greensboro . Train can be loud at times. Downtown living!! I have 2 very friendly dogs who are not out most of the time. Everything you would want is within walking distance. You will be walking up a flight of stairs to the deck level from garage. parking is on MLK Jr dr. Do NOT park on Tin Pan Alley. your car will be towed
“Elaine's garage-top cottage has everything you never knew you'd want to have. From appliances, a coffee/tea bar, snacks, and a city guide to a flashlight, umbrella, and even mini fire extinguisher. She was welcoming and "all about sharing" when she offered me a choice of drinks upon my arrival. I fell asleep almost immediately, the accommodations were so comfortable. I hope I can visit again soon!”
A sunny garden studio in peaceful Fisher Park historic neighborhood that's an easy walk to downtown, restaurants/breweries, baseball stadium. Perfect location. Private with a separate entrance. One queen bed and a love seat pull out bed that sleeps one (in separate room). Wifi. Plenty of on street parking. The kitchenette area has a microwave, coffee pot (I provide coffee/tea & bottled water), mini fridge w/ sm freezer. Private outdoor garden area with table, chairs & umbrella. Keyless entry.
“Think the pics of this place are amazing?? It's even better in person!! Nestled into a neighborhood with gorgeous homes, this guest house makes for the perfect getaway. I loved that there were multiple seating options in the garden from which I could enjoy my morning coffee. The interior is perfectly laid out, had everything I needed, and was just so darn cute I didn't want to go home. I can't wait to stay here again!”

“We had a great stay thanks to great hosts. Dorle and Steve were quick to respond to every message and the place was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for the weekend to visit family and have some outdoor fun. The location was central to everything - restaurants, shops, our family, etc. The walking trail was also a nice bonus to have right by the house. Definitely plan to come back to Greensboro and will plan to stay here again.”
