Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

The space has a queen sized bed from Modernica, a kitchenette and bathroom tiled with Heath Ceramic, and many other designer finishes. A twin bed can be added for couples traveling with a child.

Although the room is not large, exquisite wall painting and fashionable design make the whole room feel warm and comfortable. it has an open kitchen, Queen size bed, Memory cotton mattress, independent bathroom, a cloakroom, and a storage room.

Big, open floor plan with wrap around windows feels like you are sitting in the trees! This top floor of a mid century gem sits up in the hills tucked into the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so feels private and secluded yet you are minutes from all the great restaurants, bars and shops that Silver Lake has to offer. Nice open feeling with mid-century furniture, contemporary art, and great hardwood and stone floors and vintage touches throughout.

My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. Couples with an infant or small child are also welcome to book if the child can sleep in a portable crib.
