Rob was a great host very responsive and active, He was also flexible with the check in time which was very convenient.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive. The house was well maintained, clean, and had everything you needed.

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

Jed & Damaris’s Cabin is truly spectacular! My husband and myself celebrated our one year anniversary accompanied by our three-year-old Aussie at this amazing cabin and it truly was breathtaking. We enjoyed every second we had there and never ran out of things to do. Saw great wildlife, almost a moose every day. We had a friendly lynx passthrough right on property. Got to watch lots of elk come down to the creek to drink. The property is very private despite close neighbors. The outdoor fireplace and hot tub are truly the cherry on top. We indulged in several amazing local hikes. Also, very close to Nederland, which is one of our favorite mountain towns. It goes without question, this is a highly recommended property. I have rented several in recent years and this is hands-down one of my favorite. I would personally purchase this property if the opportunity arose. I also must mention, the hosts are incredibly responsive. Their maintenance person lives right next-door and quick.

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

Such a lovely stay.. and a stunning location! The place was so clean and spacious, it was easy to sink into when I arrived and cozy on the rainy days while I did work. I even got to watch the sheep come in from the pasture one evening! Would definitely stay again and recommend Colby's place :)

Our cabin at Black Hawk, CO was incredible! Everything was set up for us when we arrived. The hot tub was ready, and the grill was all set up for cooking. The cabin was bigger than we expected, and the best part was the view and the quiet surroundings. My friends and I stayed for the weekend and had a blast! The place was super accommodating and made our trip even better.

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!

My family went for spring break and we loved it! Panoramic views of the trees and mountains was exactly what I was looking for. To top it off we could use the fireplace in the living room. Nothing beats a fire in the a cabin. Loved it!
