This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area located at an altitude of about 1000 m. Newly built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood scent. Just a 10-minute walk will take you to a lot of beautiful scenery. Please take a look at Mt. Iine from the Daisaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, Ramen, and hamburgers are within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple.About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. You can also use it for hiking on the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iinaga. If you want a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to the Tengu no Yakata at Lake Reisenji. Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was selected as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and was built in 1931 in this town, where lacquerware shops are still lined up. Limited to one group per day without meals, you can use the entire house. I think the charm of Hirasawa is the unforgettable beauty and abundance. It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. There are no screen doors in an old house in the valley of the mountains, so natural creatures may come in during the warmer months. The 93-year-old building is not polished in detail. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
