The approx. 45 sqm 2 room apartment is centrally located directly in the Hilden city centre. The transport links to Düsseldorf are a 3-5 minute walk by car, train or bus (in the immediate vicinity ). The accommodation is suitable for trade fair visitors, professional stays and also for a city trip. Parking garage and the Hilden pedestrian zone with numerous cafes, restaurants, snacks and much more are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Den Marktplatz und das charmante Zentrum von Hilden mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Vor dem Haus ist ein privater Stellplatz. Zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Hilden-Süd" (S1) sind es 400 Meter. Zum Autobahnkreuz Hilden (A46/A3) sind es 5 Kilometer.

It's not the island of Sylt...but it's close ;-). We would like to welcome you as a guest in our flat "Sylt", which we have furnished for you in Nordic style. You'll get a bit of that Sylt feeling as soon as you arrive, and you'll sleep soundly and relax in the Sansibar bed. You will want for nothing, we have taken care of everything and wish you a good rest. The flat was only completed this year and is therefore brand new.

The apartment is in a house from 1907. The landlords live in the house themselves. We live on a street with mostly single family houses. There are parking spaces on the street for those arriving by car. Public transport can be reached in the immediate vicinity.
