Our charming 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for commuters, self-employed/service providers, people passing through or people who want to switch off for a few days. There is a bed (1.40 x 2.0 m) for up to 2 people as well as the possibility of adding a mattress for a 3rd person. The apartment is 5 minutes from the A81. Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes, Stuttgart city centre is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

Good connection to the greater Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment and helps you relax. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit DSL) and a large TV complete the package.

Lovingly renovated old apartment. The skylights let in a lot of light and the decor is bright and colourful. You can work well at the desk. You can relax in the comfortable armchair. The dresser has storage space for your belongings. Upon request, a children's bed (Hauck travel cot 120 cm long) is waiting for you. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cozy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

Our small, approx. 30 sqm granny apartment consists of one and a half rooms with living and dining area, separate bedroom and small bathroom. It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :)

Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
