Monthly Rentals in Hill

The home was VERY clean and beautiful. This apartment is newly renovated with lovely craftsmanship. Pat and Christine added thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. Pat even salted and shoveled the front walkway for us in the morning after it snowed. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans, spices, coffee, sugar, etc...)! This made our weekend getaway stress free. The only item of note, is the house is not super sound proof. You can hear the downstairs neighbors as they move throughout their day. They were very respectful and quiet. This is just similar to staying at a hotel or condo. It did not take away from our relaxing weekend. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend!

This location was chosen for its proximity to Proctor, which was fantastic! We will look forward to staying here many more times throughout the next four years.

Came for a little getaway with my girlfriend and highly recommend! The place itself was super homey and quaint. Clean and tidy beyond our expectations and made it easy to feel right at home. It was also easy to park in and out (we came during a winter storm and Lauren was kind enough to plow out the parking spot and even cleared the snow off our car as well!) Lauren was a great host, extremely communicative and accommodating! She even made us some delicious oatmeal cookies :) Overall highly recommend for all!
