Excellent stay at Susan's place. Only problem was with GPS directions, which was obviously not our host's fault. The road the house is on is divided and does not connect. When you turn off the main highway, the house should be right there on the corner. If you turn off the main highway and your GPS takes you for a few turns, then this is the wrong end of the road and you will not be able to find the house as the road comes to a dead end and does not connect. I suggest looking it up on the map once you receive the address to clarify how the road does not connect. We gave Susan our ETA as we traveled and she met us at her front door with the key. We had no other interactions with her as we did not need anything additional. We used the Forest Glen Metro to visit Washington, D.C. (approximately 12-15 minutes). Grocery market very close. We were able to cook meals using the pot/pans/utensils provided. Comfortable bed. This converted garage apartment suited our needs & we had no issues.

This is a comfortable, generous space which is exactly as described. There is a refrigerator for basic items. I shared a bathroom which we all kept meticulously clean. There was never any conflict for the shower. I did not go to the common areas upstairs. There is a separate entrance which is easy and pleasant. I'd stay again.
