Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

Welcome to the heart of Franconian lakes! Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor offers you the ideal retreat for relaxing days surrounded by nature. Only about 20 km away is the beautiful Brombachsee. The Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg can also be reached by car in about 45 minutes. We are an animal-loving family and shared our home with four-legged friends. We therefore ask for your understanding if a dog hair should get lost despite careful cleaning.

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm] with toilet and sink, close to nature in our garden behind the residential building, for up to 3 people.; Baby travel cot is available on request. Kettle, soluble coffee and tea available. Sheets and towels are provided. NO shower, NO kitchen ! There are 2 more guest rooms in the house. There is also a guest bathroom there.
