Vacation rentals with a patio in Hilton Head Island

We had a such a great stay! It was the perfect place for mine and my husband’s visit to Bluffton. It was a great location, a few minutes from everything. We felt right at home with all the special touches. We appreciated the voucher for Alljoy donuts, they were delicious! Everything was pristinely cleaned. Kristie was very responsive and the Airbnb was very easy to access. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to visit again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Margaret’s. condo. Great communication and instructions. Beautiful decorated. Spacious rooms. All the comforts of home. We booked a two bedroom but unfortunately two of the four adults were unable to make the trip. A great time was still had. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

We loved our stay here, the condo was very spacious and a quick walk to the beach and all the shops at Coligny. The condo was well stocked with anything we might have forgotten and very cozy! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in the Bluffton area. Walking distance to many dining options and short drive to Hilton Head amenities. Next time we come to the area we will try to stay here again. Chrissy was wonderful to deal with and we had a great weekend.

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head at Seascape. Our hosts Jane and her sister Kathy were helpful and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is surrounded by trees, ponds, and pretty wooden bridges. Wildlife abounds. Seascape lends itself to a peaceful place to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the town! Since the beach is so close, we enjoyed morning walks there. There are restaurants a short walking distance away. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-situated, quiet condo in Hilton Head with all the necessary amenities...a few minutes walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous different golf courses. Stayed here for a relaxing weekend away with a couple of friends and we had the BEST time! The condo is perfect and it’s so convenient with the beach and pool just steps away! We had no noise disturbances or issues and I just simply cannot say enough good things about our stay here! After attending the Masters we were looking for a place to retreat from the crowds, play golf, and relax while watching the end of the Masters on TV. We loved 1 Sorgum Lane as it had all of this and more!

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

Nicely decorated, modern with many conveniences. The layout of the home is perfect with the separation of the bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing for privacy for each couple. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom with nice felt hangers. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen is a perfect size for cooking when not going out to one of the many fabulous restaurants in the area. Nice neighborhood for walking and a beautiful walk to Old Town.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s villa. It is a short walk to the beach and conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes. Bike rentals in walking distance . Kevin was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions we had. The home is comfortable and inviting . We look forward to the possibility of staying here in the future next time we are in Hilton Head.

Our multi-generational family group had a wonderful stay here. The home had everything we needed, beds were comfy, kitchen and baths were well stocked. The walk to the beach was very easy and the ability to drive and park at other nearby beach entrances was great for a change of pace. Communication between Kristin and partners was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful in offering advice when we had questions about the area. We would definitely stay there again!

Simply a Fantastic stay. Really gives a “at home” feel. The community is very peaceful. Certainly will plan to book again in the future. Thanks to the host for the help provided!

We spent a week here for our kids’ spring break and had a wonderful time! The condo was immaculate and the hosts were incredibly kind and proactive in their communications. We loved the screened patio in particular for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The area is beautiful with tons of biking trails, beach and pool access just outside the condo, and a short drive to great restaurants, shops, mini golf, and other fun spots. The beach is amazing, with the tides revealing a unique ecosystem of local sea and beach life. We saw a bald eagle on the beach, too! Highly recommend for a relaxing, fun, and family friendly stay.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Loved the view out to the ocean and all the available activities. We rented cruiser bikes and biked along the beautiful, expansive beach one day, enjoyed the pool bar and view from our balcony other days. Just a 10 minute drive to amazing parks, historical sites and restaurants - most of which we also easily biked to. The apartment was extremely well appointed, homey and easy to locate. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!

Chrys and David's place is the perfect location! We rented bikes and road to almost anywhere we wanted to go! Most places were very walkable, we just enjoy the great bike accessibility of Hilton Head! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay, from start to finish -- and we look forward to returning! Lisa was a fantastic host, the place was charming and well-appointed, the location was breathtaking, and the entire stay couldn't have been any better. I can't speak highly enough for how clean, well-organized, beautifully decorated, and perfect the accommodations are. I highly recommend!

Loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Being on the third floor allows for less noise.. make sure you don't mind climbing stairs ;) we enjoyed the exercise though. The beds are super comfy, everything worked well. They had so many amenities, and tons of beach stuff!. Thank you again for a great stay!!
