We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Isobel was a fantastic host. We appreciated the extras left for us and enjoyed the log burning fire every evening during our stay. The surrounding area is stunning! Maps and guidence for local walks were provided, which we definitely took advantage of during the nice weather. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend a stay at The Garden House.

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

Na was super responsive and helpful in messaging & giving information to make the stay incredibly pleasant and easy. The house was very clean & comfortable, with clear attention to detail having been shown. A well located base, a short taxi ride for the NEC, in a pleasant area away from the busyness of the city. We were able to find all we needed during our stay. We highly recommend.

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Responsive host and left clear instructions, the place was clean and tidy and was in a great location!

On the day of arrival, an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance arose and we couldn’t stay at the property due to maintenance faults. The owner was very responsive with relaying the information to myself and making sure I was kept in the loop with all the details of what was going on. When it came to definitively not being able to stay in the property, the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a refund straight away or to personally find a new place for us to stay at. She put money in from her pocket to cover a full refund so that we could book somewhere else straight away. She was very very helpful and responsive when an unexpected situation occurred and did her upmost to make sure we still had a pleasant visit to the city. Nothing but kind words to say, if we’re ever back, we would love to stay with her as I’m sure her properties are just as professional and established as Kay is!
