Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

You will find restful sleep in the real Swiss pine bed with high-quality mattresses. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is the place for you!

Looking for peace and nature? My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Our guesthouse – exclusively for 2 adults (16 years and older) – features a king-size/box spring bed, a private bathroom and toilet. It includes a private terrace with a small garden and parking space. Quietly located in beautiful natural surroundings. Ideal base for hiking, winter sports, and other activities in Kalkalpen National Park. Easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop 7 minutes on foot. Nearest train stations: Windischgarsten or Hinterstoder. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Jagdhütte Gammeringalm

The cabin is located at 1,200 meters altitude on an idyllic alpine pasture. In summer, it can be reached by car via a slightly steeper, coarsely graveled forest road. Those who have an SUV have an advantage. In winter, it is located directly on the ski slope. Directly from the cabin you can start extended ski tours and snowshoe hikes. We transport the luggage with the Polaris on arrival and departure. The cabin is very rustic, cozy and equipped with many loving details.

Loft im Kunst-Atelier, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Arrive & feel good - enjoy your time out in the quiet and absolutely centrally located studio. The mountain view from the bed lets you wake up in a wonderful idyll. The Hössbahn is only 240 m away. Ski boot dryers are available in the studio. The contactless key handover allows a comfortable arrival and departure. The car can be loaded and unloaded directly in front of the house. For an occupancy of 3 or more people, Tiki 2 can be booked.

Whether lying comfortably in the 180 cm bed and looking out the window or enjoying the mild evening on your own small terrace....just as you like it😉....a hot tub is also available.
