Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Hinterthal is located at the end of a valley and in winter there is a direct connection to the Hochkönig – ski swing with 33 lifts and 120 kilometers of slopes. Snow reliable from Christmas to Easter. 40 km of groomed trails in the area also make the heart of a cross-country skier beat faster.

The apartment is located at 1,000 meters above sea level. Only 150 meters to the ski slope and 5 minutes by car to the nearby town of Maria Alm. The apartment has 1.5 rooms and is 38 m² big and has been recently renovated (September 2016)

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
