Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Enjoy hiking? Love skiing? Or do you just want to relax surrounded by the uniquely beautiful landscape of the Salzburg countryside? Hardly any other region offers you that much variety. The apartment is located at 1,000 meters above sea level. Only 150 meters to the ski slope and 5 minutes by car to the nearby town of Maria Alm. The apartment has 1.5 rooms and is 38 m² big and has been recently renovated (September 2016)

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
