The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is great if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax. Everything in Cap Cana is easily accessible and Bryan and Larry provided great recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Felix Place exceeded expectations for our trip stay . A great place to stay with family . Enjoy his property natural garden , pool and his beautiful home in general . Private gated property with security and quite and close to shops , malls and restaurants Very clean home and very responsive host . I highly recommend his place and would stay here again definitely.

House is beautiful, comfortable and super clean. A lady came to make breakfast, the cost (included) was part of the stay. The house is kids friendly. The house is gated and the guards walks around all day.

We loved the place. Very cozy spaces. Definitely a place worth visiting for a longer time to fully enjoy. There were 9 of us and we had enough space to enjoy ourselves without running into each other. Melissa and Ada are exceptional, always attentive to everything with a big smile. I have already recommended the place to several families and friends of ours.

the apartment is already like my house, every time I come to Punta Cana it is my first choice. It has everything you might need other than that it's beautifully decorated is extremely functional for long and short stays. Cynthia is always on the lookout is an exceptional host. I recommend it 100% no doubt because it's among guests' favorites

Raul's place is amazing! The apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and really well furnished. I especially loved the beach view—it's right in front of the apartment and it's nice to see and walk by. Raul was very friendly and welcoming! One of the best vacation destinations we’ve been to. This is an AMAZING location on the beachfront Playa Turquesa with glorious white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, 4 pools, top notch food and great drinks, within 5 min walking distance. The ZEN indoors ambiance with large size and nicely decorated rooms, wifi and fully equipped kitchen, a big plus for for my 9 years old picky eater, made out stay very pleasant and relaxing. This trip was just the best. We highly recommend this place.

A quiet place, with a beautiful view. The apartment has a lot of comfort and ease of use. Clean and in an area full of greenery, away from the hustle and bustle.

New and clean place to stay. Some things were not working when we got there but Nabil was very responsive and helped us when needed. Great host and place. Would stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at Lenny’s place. We had been to the Tracadero previously on a day pass and were excited to return and Lenny’s place did not disappoint. The property and grounds are stunning. Lush gardens and greenery throughout the complex. The unit itself is wonderful. It’s laid out well and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom itself is dark and quiet for a great sleep. We used the back patio multiple times a day. Very private and quiet back there with views. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast daily and eat on the patio. The resort itself was not very busy so we had no issues getting chairs. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner and for lunch we usually grabbed a pizza from the restaurant on site. Our flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before we were supposed to leave and Lenny was able to work around our new arrival time. She also answered various questions before we left. We’d love to return to Lenny’s place.

This is a quiet, romantic, clean, and relaxing location. You will enjoy everything about this place!!

Really enjoyed my time in Comatillo. Don't get me wrong the villa is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, but what really made me fall for this place was the surrounding area. Located in the confluence between 2 rivers (Comate and Comatillo) it is peaceful and magical. A pristine countryside marvel with the luxury of modern amenities.

The place is beautiful, exactly as the photos, perfect for couples with pets! very safe, easy access, quiet and relaxing. The beach is 5 minutes away by car, Patricia helped us a lot with the information about the surroundings and we were really happy with our stay. I fully recommend the place, we will be back for sure!
