Nice place to stay. Easy check-in and Checkout. Did not have to call with any issues but received several messages letting us know how to get in touch with them if we needed something. Definitely would recommend.

Great central location. a short walk through the neighborhood to Greenfield Lake and amphitheater. relaxing backyard and deck.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

The host is very responsive and helpful and was able to accommodate our schedule. I would recommend this spot and would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing ! Everything you could need! Beach towels, beach toys, literally 200 ft walk to the beach it was wonderful for our family with 4 little ones ! Plenty of space to sleep 9 adults and 4 littles !

We loved our stay at Jeanna's place! We were offered early check in and late check out without asking, which was so nice to have access longer on each end and thoughtful to offer unprompted. Upon arrival, parking was super easy to get to and so convenient to the apartment. The apartment was such a lovely spot - we even felt so grateful that our dog had a dog bed, toys and treats welcoming him in! The location is unbeatable, with a beach access seconds away and we walked to the boardwalk for dinner most nights. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our 3 night stay. If you are planning to stay for a longer visit, I'd be aware that you'd want to bring foil/ziplock, wine opener, and ice. -- only adding because I placed my grocery order on the way down, hopefully save someone an extra trip ;) Thank you Jeanna, we'll be back 100%!

We spent 3 nights here for my lab’s birthday and it was the perfect spot for taking a dog to the beach. Freeman Park couldn’t be more conveniently located and was so nice to enjoy. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay!

We have already recommended MK's place to some others - however, we did warn them that the unit was up 34 stairs! There was nothing in the property description to indicate that and for a couple of 73 year olds the climb with all our stuff was too much. Thankfully we had our young strong kids along! We always appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and he, along with the rest of us, totally enjoyed the 2 private balconies. The ac was plenty cold, the dryer not so hot. Beds comfortable, covered parking a plus, and we all enjoyed the pool. Location was the best, able to walk to every place, and that made it worth the 34 stair climb. Highly recommend Hang Ten Grill for huge salads and best wings ever, Salt Fish for yummy cocktails and deliciously unique entrees ( make a reservation), the Fat Pelican for a fun experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

Kevin and Jordan were incredible since the minute we got there, pretty attentive and really well at communicating and answering on time! Will be staying with them again

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

My friends and I stayed here and it was amazing for just a one night trip, and I wish it had gone longer! We had the shortest walk to the beach and the place was cozy with a little porch in the front that made it very nice to hangout and enjoy the outside.

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

This was the best birthday and couples trip of the year. Ms. Sallie made sure that we were welcomed and knowledgeable of our stay. We will return for another relaxation trip. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning was the best of the best. Thank you again

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and Katherine allowed us to check in early. Parking is available in front, but the street was very busy and Katherine made accommodations to park off street. Katherine made us aware of a parade the next day on the night before we left, which prompted us to leave earlier and miss the traffic. EXCELLENT host!

We will 100% be back!! We were all super relaxed including the dogs. Screened in porch with the rocking chairs was a big hit. The outdoor shower was perfect after spending the day at the beach. As always the locals are super friendly and inviting. Very walkable area with a greenway in the back of the neighborhood. Already sent the link to multiple friends and family.

We had an amazing stay for the month of March. The location was great and walkable to everything in town. The place looked just like the photos and the hosts were amazing. Wed definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary weekend away here! The place was spotless, the host was responsive, the location was convenient to shops/restaurants and the views were great. I loved the little touches for our puppy like the treats, dog bed, etc. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing short getaway weekend we had at Amelia’s place! It felt like every accent and detail in the space had been very intentionally and lovingly appointed. This was not just a rental, it was a home. Very well stocked from the beach towels and chairs, beach bag and cooler, coffee pods, game closet, every kitchen amenities you can think of. The neighborhood is quaint and private, easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to be back soon.
