Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

Cottage in beautiful natural scenery in Hjo!

The historic wooden town of Hjo is located midway between Malmo and Stockholm if you choose to drive along the beautiful west coast of lake Vattern. Our cottage is located in beautiful farmlands on the outskirts of Hjo. The cottage is from the early 1900s but has been renovated to modern standards. There is a bike path that runs through Hjo River valley which is a fantastic beautiful nature reserve that leads to Hjo center, which takes about 10 minutes with bicycle or 20 min by foot.

Fantastisk kvarn med historia från 1500-talet. I köket finns diskmaskin induktionshäll, ugn och micro, kyl/frys. I det lilla tv-rummet finns en smarttv. På övervåningen var det en snickeriverkstad som nu är ett modernt tv-rum med wifi, förstärkare,Chromecast, högtalarsystem och projektor. Dusch finns i källaren. Man tar sig enkelt till centrum eller hamnen via strandpromenaden, cykelbanan eller bil. Lägenheten har en öppen planlösning med en stor dubbelsäng, bäddsoffa & extrabäddar vid behov.
