Monthly Rentals in Hòa Cường Bắc

I was hesitant to book this place with no reviews, but I am very happy I did. I really loved my week here that I extended it for few more weeks. Location is fantastic, you are next to night market and Dragon bridge. You can see fire show from the roof top terrace as well. It is extremely peaceful and quite here, which is so difficult to find in Da Nang, you will be able to sleep until 10 without anyone bothering you. The place is brand new! Probably the best shower pressure I had in 4 months in Vietnam. The super sweet host Thanh Loan is so charming and responsive, I could leave my luggage before checkin, she helped me with delivery orders. They have electric motorbikes for rent as well. Something to keep in mind: place is quite small, but you have whole rooftop nearly for yourself, barely anyone comes there. It is Murphy bed - super convenient. During the day you can lift it up and have all space you need. It is 4th floor, no elevator. Full kitchen, sink in bathroom & terrace.

Stayed here a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and tidy, exactly like the photos. Quinny (co-host) was very responsive and answered questions I had right away. The neighborhood was lovely. Quite, away from busy, touristy areas - I was living among locals for the time I was there. Recommend staying here if you want more of a local stay while visiting Da Nang, but also near local attractions.
