You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Room no. 2 (approx. 27 square metres) consists of 2 bedrooms and is only separated by a small passageway without a door. Room no. 7 (approx. 26 square metres) also has two bedrooms, but these are separated by a small corridor and the bathroom is located between the two rooms. The rooms offer a view of the surrounding meadows and woods.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
