The lovingly designed 120 square meters offer lots of space (max. 6 people) for a relaxing holiday, also with dog (max. 2). The big treasure of the house is the conservatory with fireplace.

The sauna ( Thursdays, Fridays, open on Saturdays) the pool in the house is another highlight.( The pool of mid-May - March September can be used.) The Möhnesee, popular destination for anglers, hikers, golfers, cyclists, sailors, surfers and stand up paddlers. In the surrounding area there is a boat rental, panoramic tower and a large leisure facility with mini golf, skating area.

The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
