In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests!

The 66 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. You also have your own private infrared sauna.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

Sölden Apartment Stefan

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) A tourist tax of €5 per person per night is charged on site in the summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can book breakfast on site as well. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per load and is not free of charge.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a toilet. Also: large terrace and a large garden that you can use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.
