Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.

The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). This house is located in the heart of the old town of Wehrheim. Nearby there is also a farm organic shop. The place actually has everything you need to live, yet Wehrheim has retained its village character. In 2 minutes you are in the field and in the forest. The area is perfect for natural leisure activities. In the immediate vicinity, there is an outdoor swimming pool, the Hessenpark open-air museum and the Saalburg.
