Marianne was friendly and quick with her responses. The location was wonderfully quiet and green. The kitchen was well stocked with stuff.

In the pictures and in the description, this accommodation in this place was already very attractive. In the Eht, it was even more fun. I was warmly welcomed, Theo gave good explanations and there were all kinds of nice attentions waiting for me, including eggs from my own chickens. The living area is large and cozy, the bedroom is fine (with a lovely, adjustable bed). The bathroom is cramped, but sufficient. The interior is colorful, all around the theme of poppy and nature. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the seating comfort of especially the sofa. But on my own, the lazy chair was also okay. The space around the house is wonderfully free and green, with several nice seats. Some chickens + roosters roam around. The rooster has held back neatly, didn't wake up from him. Occasionally, cat comes to neighborhoods. I like that! The location is close to the beautiful cities of Zutphen and Deventer and to various museums. A place to come back!

A very cozy house with a perfect ratio of size and usability. It's big enough that you don't feel cramped and not too big that you wouldn't feel comfortable. The decor is very cozy and the location is very quiet despite being part of a park and there were hardly any problems with too noisy neighbors etc. The house is also very well equipped so that you have everything you need in the interior lighting as well as in the outdoor area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and were very pleasant. Despite the quieter location of the park, Mann is quickly in the supermarket and has all kinds of activities nearby. The contact with the hosts is very quick and easy so that there was a quick and helpful response to questions at any time. All in all, we enjoyed the time very much and totally recommend it.

We were very warmly welcomed by Aster and Erik. We got a nice tour, not too short and not too long. Very nice that there were some welcome drinks and refreshments ready. We did not see Aster and Erik again between the reception and our departure, simply because this was not necessary. The holiday home turned out to have all the comforts and the explanation regarding the various appliances was clear. We had a very nice time and would love to come back!

It wasn't "just good". It was wonderful. Great hospitality, very fine little house with everything you need. Beneficial tranquility in and outside the house. We opt for coming back!!

What a wonderful place!! Would recommend it to anyone, you are in the middle of nature and take beautiful walks through the forest from the cottage and garden. In the cottage there is everything you need, which is super nice. It has a cozy and cozy atmosphere and Rezi was also pleasant in communication and you notice that she is very hospitality oriented and thinks of everything. We have completely relaxed! Thank you:)

Florien is an excellent host. The arrangements were clear and straightforward at all times. Upon our arrival, the lights were already burning and the heating was on, which we found very pleasant. The apartment is very pretty and cozy, the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even coffee and tea were available. The proximity to nature (located on a forest edge) is beautiful. The house sits on a busy road, which you can hear pretty well. Overall, we felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend a stay with Florien.

This is an amazing space to stay. The apartment is clean and cozy. Lots for kids to do at the farm and getting some time with the animals is good for the adults too :) Bonita and Harald were very helpful and accommodating for us.

We had a very nice weekend at the B&B! From the first moment we felt at home because of the cozy decor. Breakfast was great tasty and the shower is also great! In terms of location, it is a nice quiet place but close to beautiful hiking areas and Zutphen. Definitely recommended!

It's a great place. Right between Enschede and Hengelo. We were able to enjoy hiking with the dogs on our own property. This was really super. Florien was very accommodating and thoughtful. Very nice. The cottage has all the comforts and the underfloor heating makes it nice and cozy. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Very spacious accommodation for 4 a5 people. Nothing is missing. You feel right at home. Mathilde is a cheerful hostess who ensures that you lack nothing. Deliciously prepared breakfast. Both Mathilde and Ben are hard-working people, who stand for their guests. We can recommend this B& B to anyone.

We arrived as a group of 5 friends. Antoinet gave us a friendly welcome with her partner and explained everything. Kindly, we were allowed to sleep in the "cozy knoert". This was a room that was built to the cabin with a separate entrance. There was a double bed, couch, fireplace and sink. The lovingly furnished cabin completely met our expectations. We want to highlight the very well-equipped kitchen, some board games, a Viking chess for outside and the very cozy beds. The hut is adjacent to a small forest and is separated from the neighboring hut "Flierhütte" and the residential houses by beautiful rhododendren. We felt very comfortable throughout and felt like we could reach Antoinet at any time. We can very well imagine coming again! Tip: We drove in May and recommend bringing mosquito spray!

Super cozy cottage in wooded area. Biggest pluses are the fireplace and stove and the mega cozy conservatory! Breakfast, dinner, drinks, games, that's where it happened! In between, a long walk and our New Year's Eve was complete! We were hoping to escape the fireworks in the cottage, which was unfortunately not the case but it was still better than at our home 😉 Esther is friendly and clear and had left some treats for us, very nice! The beds slept wonderfully, with good mattresses and fresh bedding. For us, the only improvement: an empty kitchen cupboard or some extra storage space for our own groceries would have been nice as far as we are concerned! All in all, definitely recommended, and with its own high chair and camping bed also definitely suitable for a little one!

Very nice wooden cottage in a wooded area! Nice and friendly welcome by Martine. Wood was already laid out in the stove. Cozy cottage, quietly located in a cottage park.

After a warm welcome from Carolien and Leo, we came to our tinyhouse. Tastefully decorated and a magnificent view. We have enjoyed the area, the sauna and recommended is the hot tub. In addition, the hostess, host had nice tips to do in the area. All in all a top location and definitely a place to come back to again.

We had a lovely relaxing time in the cabin. Host left Easter eggs for the kids which was very thoughtful. They enjoyed doing an Easter hunt in the garden. Lochem is a lovely town to visit 👍😀
