We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

Zwischen München und den Alpen schön gelegen in einem oberbayerischen Dorf befindet sich unser Apartment im Souterrain eines neu renovierten Landhauses mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett saniert und energetisch modernisiert. Wir haben auf eine hochwertige Einrichtung mit Möbeln aus Massivholz geachtet und großen Wert auf jedes Detail gelegt.
