Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. One large glassed-in patio is located on the back of the house. Welcome in our newly renovated cosy cottage with view over lake Fryken near Sunne. The cottage is situated on our premises but has its own outside area with picnic table and BBQ. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. Enjoy lake Fryken att the nearby beach Öjervik.
