A narrow spiral staircase leads up to the apartment.

The cottage is right on the beach of Stora Sinnern, one of the few genuine spring-fed lakes that remain untouched with a maximum depth of 25 meters. The cottage is located on the tip of a headland in the middle of the lake surrounded by beautiful cliffs. The plot has a sunny position all day from early morning to late evening. The house has 4 good beds, a fireplace, and a glazed veranda. Bathing dock just outside. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to experience a natural accommodation by a lake in Småland!

A lovely place and beautiful house located directly by the lake Allgunnen in Allgunnen. You not only have access and proximity to go swimming and fishing and outdoor life, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Småland, Oskarshamn, Kalmar, Öland and the Kingdom of Glass or just an opportunity to have a good time and get some peace and quiet. The house is suitable for 4-5 people but has sleeping places for more in a shed that stands on the plot down towards the lake.

Relax in a traditional Swedish wooden house. In the afternoon, sunrays bathe the entrance area and the living room in the bright colors of the hand-blown windows of the entrance door. The evening sun invites you to linger on the old wooden bench of the large dining table or on the terrace. The best way to end cool winter evenings is in front of the fireplace in the living room or go outside to the fireplace sauna - adjacent to the goat farm with its own cheese production.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind quiet space. Soludden is a brand new built villa with its own beach plot and three docks to choose from for swimming and fishing. Here you can relax and recharge in a private location with only forest and lake as your closest neighbor. A rowing boat is moored at one of the docks. On the terrace you have the best view of the lake and sometimes it can come by the occasional small boat. Some days the pocket will come and do their long dives.

Cleaning is responsible for the guests but available for purchase for SEK 500. Sheets and towels can be purchased for SEK 100 set/per person. Incineration toilet Cinderella. Dishwasher. Hot water for the shower outside. Perfect cabin for fishing. Note: fishing license required. Boat can be rented from nearby association.

The cottage has two cozy sleeping lofts without doors, on one loft there is a child gate.

In the conservatory, you can enjoy the lake view, or sit in the living room in front of the fireplace. We have our own jetty at the end of the garden, from where you can get very close to the lake. Directly from our property, you can get to some beautiful walking trails.
