Bright wooden house with fireplace, gallery, sauna & garden

Our eco wooden house is located in the small village of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle for us as an oasis of peace and the antithesis to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly calm under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cats we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

An outlet center , the Holstenhallen are super reachable about 15 minutes by car. The house has two bedrooms upstairs as well as a sofa bed in the living room.It git course Wifi/Netflix!! In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the nature park Hüttener Berge. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our distinctive "mini village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster, ten hens and two geese. All two- and four-legged friends roam freely on the property, there are no fences or gates at our place.
