A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

It also has a lounge with fireplace with many tables and chairs for sitting together and children's corner. The house has a garden with terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The pets are not allowed.

Kas Alm am Grandsberg

In the absolutely idyllically located Kas Alm am Grandsberg, you can relax in peace with your whole family or friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. PLEASE NOTE: The access to Kas Alm runs via a forest path. With a lowered sports car, the path is not passable. The Kas Alm cannot be reached by car in snow. The Kas Alm can be reached on foot in about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot of the Grandsberger Hof.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
