This house was amazing, perfect for our relaxing getaway! The rooms were ideal and the extra bedrooms in the annex were great. The garden and hot tub were fantastic. Trystan was a great host and nothing was too much trouble - even made sure we had an emergency delivery of wood!

We had a lovely stay at this property with our family of 14 over New years, age ranging from age 9 to 75. We all had a very comfortable and relaxing time. The pool table kept us busy and although it was cold the kids still managed to play a little on the tennis court and trampoline. Lorraine and Morley were great hosts and although they live next door this didn't have an impact on our stay at all. Highly recommended for a memorable stay with friends and family.

We loved our stay at The Vicorian Farmhouse - it was very spacious with plenty of areas to spread out for the nine of us and to give grandparents and teenagers their own space. Very well equipped throughout - kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all large and beds comfortable (and the bedroom bathroom ratio was excellent). lynne and Frances were on hand and always helpful and even put up a fence to enclose the garden for the dogs. The games room was just what we needed with some rainy weather. I'm sure we'll be back.

The Annex is perfect for a large group, great communal spaces (and games room) well stocked with eco friendly toiletries towels and everything in the kitchen. Rooms are varied making the space useable for different groups of guests. Stayed here before with a group of 12 and will definitely book again.

What an amazing place. It was perfect for our group. So many things to do, incredibly friendly hosts, who even came round to give us a tour of the place when we checked in. Couldn’t recommend it more. 5* isn’t enough

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

From the moment we arrived at Simon & Kymme’s stunning St Elmo’s Lodge, we knew we were in for something special. The property is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by breathtaking scenery, it immediately gave us a sense of peace and luxury. Every inch of the lodge was immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and lavishly decorated, making it the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway.The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the cozy interiors to the beautiful outdoor spaces. My friends and I made so many wonderful memories here. One of the absolute highlights was gathering around for a lively BBQ, laughing, sharing stories, and just soaking in the good vibes. The hot tub was another incredible touch — relaxing in the warm bubbles under the open sky was pure bliss! There was so much joy throughout our stay; it genuinely felt like a little slice of paradise. Simon & Kymme were wonderful hosts, ensuring everything was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay during the Easter Holidays. Angela was a great host and gave us a tour of her beautiful home including the games room when we arrived- giving us a great opportunity to ask any questions we had. The games room with pool table, table tennis and air hockey was a favourite with all 3 generations and turned our rainy afternoon the best fun. The house was very spacious and quiet upstairs which was brilliant for our adult autistic daughter who likes quiet spaces. The walk to the park with sea views was less than 5 minutes and we walked to Rockfish restaurant which was about 10 minutes away so great for our 80 year old parents. The large garden is lovely just to sit in and enjoy. We’d definitely love to return. Thanks Angela!

Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. A home away from home! The cottage is lovely, cosy, and clean with plenty of space as a family of 6 and a dog. Giles was really helpful and we loved all the local recommendations and walks. The location is perfect. Can’t wait to return next year!

Fabulous house, beautifully decorated and excellent large kitchen and social spaces. We were a group of 10 friends. very well equipped. recommend guests read the hot tub instructions very carefully. We took a walk to a beach along the coast path.

we had such a lovely stay at Burleyhayes barn. The weather was definitely on our side and we had a wedding to go to. The local villages and pubs were very welcoming, serving decent food. The house is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for comfort. well equipped kitchen. In all a great stay

A great place to stay. Very comfortable. Lots of crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. great friendly communication prior to our stay. Was the perfect location for us to see family over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully.

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Mandys place was just amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. Having the pool for the kids was a winner. The Steam train coming past was really good felt like the Railway Children waving all the time. Great recommendations for eating out. Thank you looking at booking again.

A beautiful cottage in very peaceful surroundings, lots of character and spotlessly clean. A warm indoor pool which my Grandchildren loved. A well stocked lake which my partner took full advantage of and children’s swings and a trampoline. The cottage was like a home from home with thoughtful provisions. The cottage was spotless furnished with transitional furniture and a lovely safe garden with stunning views. Sophia was an excellent host, giving recommendations and answering queries promptly. We will certainly be returning to this little piece of paradise.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

What we were hoping for - a house big enough for 12 of us for a couple of nights away to celebrate mum's 70th, to get together to catch up, share food and drink, reminisce and spend some quality time together. What we got - all of that and more! We had an actual miniature holiday! The house was incredible, literally had anything you could need, the kitchen was so well equipped you could home bake a cake if you wanted! The facilities on site were amazing for the children (and grown-ups!) - pool, basketball, table tennis, boules, park, tennis, arcade machine. We absolutely loved meeting and feeding the animals too and the children could roam as free as the friendly chickens! Laura and Richard were wonderful hosts - they gave us space to enjoy their beautiful converted farm buildings but were there if we needed anything. And the little honesty shop was a great idea! Close enough to explore nearby coastal towns. We had everything we needed and more, we were blown away. Will return!

This was the perfect place for a family celebration. We felt totally spoilt with all the wonderful amenities in this luxury property. The pool was very popular (especially the kids) and the bbq lodge was so much fun. The owners were very helpful, everything was beautifully done and there was everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely love to come again. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real treat. Thank you so much.
