Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Despite the pleasant feeling of nature and undisturbed location, you are about 4 kilometers away from Lindvallen's city center with everything from a new shopping area, ski slopes and adventure pools to hotels, shops and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Welcome to this nice apartment/cottage, located in Branäs area Mården. It is within an area of 12 houses with 4 apartments in each house. The apartment has two floors with a total surface of 65-70m2. It is 400m to the beach at Klarälven and nearby you can hire canoes or hire SUP at restaurant Spishyllan. At Branäs mountain you can play paddle or try out the downhill in the summer. We recomend to take a trip to Fämtfallet to swim and hike and Granberget to visit Nordvärmlands highest top.

Nya sängar, madrasser, täcken, kuddar etc. Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km, badhus 500m. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎

A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.
