From the terrace you can fully enjoy the sun and look out over the water and the old region. From Kolhorn you can reach the sea and the beach in 15 minutes. The town of Schagen is nearby, where you can visit the West Frisian market every Thursday. Various walking and cycling tours also start from Kolhorn. You can store your bicycles safely and dry in our shed.

Welcome to our lovely house "Achter de Turf" in Medemblik. Located on the through water. At the front there is ample parking for your car, and you come by boat, you can dock it in the Westerhaven. The house offers plenty of comfort and is within walking distance of the city center, where shops, restaurants and cozy terraces are available. Medemblik is located on the IJsselmeer and the surrounding dike where you can enjoy the West Frisian surroundings. Amsterdam is 50 km away.

In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a double swing From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you will have it cozy in winter or in summer you can enjoy reading or playing games outside on the terrace at the water. Hot tub, kayak or 2 supboards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the Pipo and all just for you/you.

Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Ons tiny house on wheels is een splinternieuw gebouwde woonwagen die wij naar eigen inzicht en wensen hebben ingebouwd en ingericht. Hij is achter ons atelier gesitueerd met veel groen omgeven. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd.
