The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Apartment Sonnblick

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
