Majoitu viihtyisästi upeassa yli 100 vuotta vanhassa talossa Vesijärven rannalla. Talossa on ilmastointi, wc, suihku ja keittiö. Yläkerrassa parisänky ja 110cm sohva-sänky. Alakerrassa erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2kpl 140cm leveitä parisänkyjä. Lisäksi oleskelutilassa on 100cm leveä sänky ja olohuoneen sohvalla voi majoittua 1-2 henkilöä. Rantasauna ja terassialueita, missä on ruokailutiloja ja sohvaryhmiä. Poreallas ja ulkosuihku. Voimme tarjota myös kuljetuksia autolla tai veneellä.

Traditional Finnish wood-burning sauna located right by the clean water lake Alasenjarvi, perfect for swimming, fishing, or water sports. After a long day, curl up by the fireplace and watch a beautiful sunset over the lake. Even though the place is surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature, you are just about 10 minutes drive away from downtown Lahti with all the restaurants and entertainment.

Studio with good transport connections

The apartment has been renovated in July 2023. The Laune district is a quiet residential area. No through traffic. The center is close (< 2 km) and has good connections by car, bike and on foot. There is a free and safe place for the car in the yard (recording camera surveillance). Bus stop 100 m Citymarket, Prisma 1 km Electric city bikes ("Mankeli") stop 300 m Lahti Market Square 2 km Travel center 1.5 km The 2nd floor apartment is accessed by a staircase. No elevator.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

This house is our home with some personal staff so, we are looking for responsible guests.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, where both sports and outdoor activities are keywords. Walking trails and illuminated trails in winter start from the property. Leisure activities await you from winter sports to summer golf. You can easily get around by bike or on foot to many services. Bus connections work well. If you have a car, you are only 10-15 minutes away from many important places.
