The villa is located on a large private plot on the shore of a small fish lake. In summer, a red outbuilding is available for an additional fee. The cabin has an upstairs kitchen, living room, toilet, small loft and balcony. Downstairs, fireplace room and alcove, laundry room and sauna. Sleeping accommodations for 8-10 people: upstairs bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed in living room, downstairs double bed (120) and single bed. In addition to these, two spare beds and a small loft upstairs.

The apartment has been renovated in July 2023. The Laune district is a quiet residential area. No through traffic. The center is close (< 2 km) and has good connections by car, bike and on foot. There is a free and safe place for the car in the yard (recording camera surveillance). A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
