The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Pretty, small cottage on the shore of the clear water of Kalkkistenkoski. Peace of mind is guaranteed, and nature with its scenery is second to none. Sauna, swim, take a dip, or go on a canoe trip. Or just flutter in a hammock. For swimming, you can access from the dock or directly from the beach. The beach is pretty steep, so it's not suitable for small children. A lot of heating next to the sauna deck. Bed linens and towels are ready at the cottage. The car can get all the way to the yard. Warmly welcome!

In the winter, you can access the ski track from the end of the road to the Hollola and Lahti network of trails, including an open-air swimming spot nearby. Messilä ski resort and golf course 10 minutes away by car (8 km). 12 km to the center of Lahti, also by bus you can get around.

The house has sleeping accommodations for 5-6 people. The house and the large yard are at the guests' disposal. The yard has garden furniture for 6 people, as well as a gas and wood grill.

The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.
